The product is a multi-core composite wire made of Cu-Ni, Nb, and Cu metal bases, as well as Mg and B powders. The number of Nb/Mg-B subcomponent composite in the wire can be 30, 36, or 54. The diameter of the wire is 1.0mm, and the critical current density Jc at 20K and 1T reaches 2000-2500A/mm² with a critical current Ic reaches 300-350A. MgB₂ superconductors are characterized by high superconducting transition temperature (39K) and high critical current density under zero field. Application scenarios: working temperature 15-25K, DC superconducting cables for power transmission, small nuclear magnetic resonance imaging devices cooled by refrigeration machines with magnetic field strengths of 1-3T, or superconducting motors for 8-10MW wind power generation.
